By purchasing any products or services from us, you agree to the following return policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 calendar days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- Returns are only accepted for boxes containing the same items, and all products must be in their original condition as shipped. If items have been altered, a partial or no refund may be issued.
- Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return unless a unique discount code has been provided directly by The Hub.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us through your preferred method and provide detailed information regarding the reason for the return. A team member will review your request. If approved, you will receive a written confirmation along with return instructions.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Returns must be fully insured, and a shipping confirmation must be provided to us.
- If a return is lost, damaged, or otherwise undelivered, the customer assumes full responsibility and will not receive a refund.
- Returns sent without prior approval will be refused upon delivery.
Inspection
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify that:
- The returned stock matches the original order.
- All products are in their original condition.
- If applicable, bales have not been opened.
Refunds
- If the return is approved, you may choose between a credit note of equal value or a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EU & International Orders
- Returns must be declared as "Return" to avoid VAT & Duty charges upon re-entry into the U.K.
- If a return is incorrectly declared, resulting in VAT & Duty charges being imposed on us, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
- Unclaimed packages at customs that are returned to us will incur a mandatory £100.00 fee for return shipping, fines, and restocking.
