GRADING POLICY
ALL policies are agreed upon purchase of any products or services from us. Please read the below carefully.
Please be aware that all our items are of a used, worn, or preloved nature, and it is not uncommon to encounter occasional small issues. We strive to maintain high standards of quality, but please understand that such imperfections are common throughout the industry. We believe in transparency, and we will always do our best to provide accurate descriptions of each item's condition.
Unlike other vintage wholesalers, we are committed to providing you with the best possible quality and take a rigorous, unique approach to grading by handpicking the majority of our stock directly from our suppliers to ensure the highest quality across every single item.
Grade A - Second-hand used clothing in the best quality on the market
Products of this grade can include minor signs of wear due to being of a second-hand nature and an estimated age of 20-30 years old.
- Small marks and stains that should be washable.
- Small permanent marks.
- Very minor holes.
- Light fading.
- Light pulling or fraying of embroidery.
- Light print cracking.
- Light frays of cuffs, collars or hems.
- Hoodies missing hood strings.
- Jackets missing removable hoods.
Products marked as "Grade A" is product descriptions can include 0-10% Grade B for any minor mistakes during grading. If we exceed this allowance we will refund those products or create a return for you.
Grade B - Second-hand used clothing in good condition
Products of this grade can include moderate signs of wear due to being of a second-hand nature.
- Small holes (larger than 0.5cm).
- Moderate sized, slightly visible permanent stains (less than 3cm).
- Moderate fading.
- Moderate pulling or fraying of embroidery.
- Moderate print cracking or missing logo.
- Moderate frays of cuffs, collars or hems.
- Broken zipper sliders.
- Incorrect sizing/child size clothing.
Grade C - Second-hand used clothing in damaged condition
Products of this grade can include significant signs of wear due to being of a second-hand nature.
- Large holes, excluding the crotch.
- Large, visible permanent stains (larger than 3cm).
- Broken belt loops (less than 3).
- Significant fading.
- Significant pulling or fraying of embroidery.
- Significant print cracking or missing logo.
- Significant frays of cuffs, collars or hems.
- Broken zipper sliders.
- Incorrect sizing/child size clothing.
All Stock:
To ensure the best possible resale value of all our products, we recommend you:
- Wash the items upon delivery to remove odours, as we do not do this ourselves. Please note: if items are damaged or altered during the washing process, we cannot be held responsible for this. To prevent any such mishaps, we recommend following the care instructions.
- If necessary, debobble and lint roll the items to remove small fibres.
