SHIPPING POLICY

ALL policies are agreed upon purchase of any products or services from us. Please read the below carefully.

Dispatch

• Orders placed before 8 pm will be dispatched the next working day (Mon - Fri).
• Occasionally, there can be delays but our committed team works extremely hard to get you your items as quickly as possible.  

Shipping

• We aim to provide accurate dates and times of arrival for packages on request. However, due to distribution and handling being undertaken by 3rd party companies, we cannot guarantee a delivery time, date, or location.

International Shipping

• Customers purchasing stock from outside of the U.K. may be subject to VAT and/or duty charges. Any charges imposed will be up to the receiving customer to pay; we will NOT cover these charges. If the receiver does not pay the charges and allows the package(s) to be returned to us, shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
• Northern and Republic of Ireland are now charged in the same manner as EU countries with added costs and shipping methods. Taxes may apply.
