A Quick Overview

Transparency is our priority, and we aim to highlight any potential issues with our items in this guide. While it is highly unlikely that you will encounter any grading errors, it is essential to understand them just in case. Unlike other vintage wholesalers, we take a rigorous approach to grading and handpick 80% of our stock directly from our suppliers to ensure the highest quality across every single item. Our grading and selling methods allow us to identify and remove damaged clothing as much as possible, even though this may result in a financial loss for us. We are committed to providing you with the best possible quality, and our unique approach to grading sets us apart from our competitors.

 

Our Policies Linked To Grading

To ensure the best possible experience with our products, we advise our customers to wash the items upon arrival, as we do not do this ourselves. It is important to inspect the items and let us know of any issues after washing, as this will often fix the majority of stains. However, please be aware that if items are damaged or altered during your washing process, we cannot be held responsible for this. To prevent any such mishaps, we recommend following the care instructions provided with each item and washing them correctly. Our terms and conditions are in place to protect our customers' interests, and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we cannot simply discard every item with small marks on them due to the significant expense involved. Please be aware that all our items are of a used, worn, or preloved nature, and it is not uncommon to encounter occasional small issues. We strive to maintain high standards of quality, but please understand that such imperfections are common throughout the industry. We believe in transparency, and we will always do our best to provide accurate descriptions of each item's condition. Grade A Stock

Some issues that can be found under our Grade A

• Very minor pin holes
• Small surface stains and washable marks
• Small permanent marks
• Light fading
• Light pulling/fraying of Embroidery
• Light print cracking
• Light cuff, collar, hem frays
• Hoodies without hood strings
• Missing removable hoods on vintage jackets

 

 

Some issues that can be found under our Grade B Stock

• Holes larger than a sharpie dot (roughly 0.5cm) circle
• Moderate sized, slightly visible permanent stains after the item has been washed (Maximum £2 coin approximately)
• Printed logo quality outline or shape of missing logo print
• Pulling or removal of Embroidery 
• Moderate Elasticated frays around the cuffs
• Broken zips puller
• Moderate bleach splotches or clear colour loss
• Incorrect sizing/child size clothing 

 

 

Carhartt, Dickies & Workwear Items

Grade A/B

Acceptable workwear items can be a mix of both grade A and B items. Grade A items can range from perfect to light fading, 0-1 detached belt loops, fraying, light marks, etc. Grade B Items can have heavy fraying, holes, staining, purposefully ripped knees, etc.

 

 

Grade C

Unacceptable grade C problems can include multiple large tears, crotch damage or repairs, 3+ broken belt loops, excessive staining,
